Job Description:

As a Warehouse Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: ensuring daily operations run smoothly, contributing to goods availability, performing sales space replenishment, storing and retrieving stock, adhering to safety policies, and supporting the wider team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that daily operations run smoothly with a focus on order fulfilment and inventory availability
  • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring precision of goods received, accurate replenishment of assigned area, and identifying any discrepancies
  • Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility and in accordance with the visual merchandising guidance
  • Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse and store while safely utilising material handling equipment and tools
  • Adhering to IKEA’s safety policies, rules, and guidelines to allow for safe goods movement
  • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required

Requirements:

  • An energetic approach as you will be on your feet
  • A Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye to detail

  • Ability to collaborate yet also be able to work independently

  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting
  • Availability to work from 2:00am, Monday to Sunday
  • Availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts
  • Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday)
