Job Description:

Warehouse co-worker role focused on outbound fulfilment operations including picking, packing, and checking products for customer orders, handling Click & Collect orders, and using forklifts and machinery in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs
Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure safety
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks

Requirements:

Safe mindset
Comfortable with physical work and manual handling including heavy, repetitive lifting
Passion for optimising fulfilment operations with an eye to detail
'Togetherness' mindset to work closely with team and other departments
Ability to collaborate and work independently
Energetic approach (on feet all day)
Strong customer focus
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
