Job Responsibility

Collect, organize, and input warehouse-related operational data and submit it to department supervisors or managers
Maintain and update employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees
Gather employee documentation, including applications, resumes, and other forms
Perform data entry and filing for all HR-related documentation
Assist with HR projects, such as benefits administration and special events
Manage employee attendance records and leave requests
Answer phone calls, handle mail, and forward general emails to relevant departments or personnel
Complete, submit, organize, and file administrative documents
Conduct and manage warehouse environment maintenance checks
