Warehouse Associate

• Reach excellence in the daily running of different parts of the DC Operations by assuming major responsibility for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing with the customer in focus
• Manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing of the goods
• Contribute with ideas and inputs to the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work
• Effectively unload and handle inbound/outbound goods
• Secure merchandise properly to allow for safe movement through the distribution center
• Contribute to the overall warehouse operations goals setting, drive the implementation of local business plans/projects and analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal fluctuation needs
• Remove and properly document all damages found or caused on inbound/outbound merchandise
• Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects assigned, where applicable

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, but not required
