Job Description:

We are immediately hiring dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our busy team. This is a crucial role focused on accuracy and efficiency within our distribution center. We offer a competitive starting wage of $19.00 per hour and the promise of steady daytime hours in a supportive, team-based environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the precise execution of all core warehouse functions. Your day-to-day tasks will include meticulous order picking using a handheld RF scanner, ensuring every customer order is correct. This facility is located in Rocky View County and is not accessible by public transit. All applicants must have their own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to ensure consistent arrival for the day shift.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner to ensure 100% shipment correctness
Efficiently put away incoming inventory and restock warehouse shelves, ensuring products are stored and labeled correctly
Perform accurate cycle counts and report discrepancies to maintain high inventory integrity
Safely lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs as required throughout the shift
Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety policies and procedures
Assist with cleaning, organizing, and preparing the warehouse for smooth daily operations

Requirements:

Must have reliable personal transportation to commute to the Rocky View County location (this location is not transit accessible)
Proven background in warehouse operations, specifically in picking, put-away, and material handling
Experience operating an RF scanner for inventory management and order fulfillment
Ability to perform continuous physical labour, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive motions for an entire shift
Demonstrated high attention to detail is critical for ensuring order accuracy
A strong history of excellent attendance and punctuality
