Job Description:

We’re conducting a confidential search for a dependable Warehouse Associate to support a defense manufacturing company.

Job Responsibility:

Stocking: Break down inbound pallets
place parts in correct bin locations with accurate system updates
Shipping Support: Pack parts to spec to prevent transit damage
prep small machines/equipment for outbound shipment
Material Moves: Safely move small machines and inventory between designated locations
Documentation: Work from pick lists, packing slips, and basic system screens
maintain clean, safe work areas
Other duties as assigned to support daily warehouse goals

Requirements:

Active security clearance or VantageClear credential (required)
1–2 years warehouse/material handling experience (manufacturing environment a plus)
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
pallet jack experience
High attention to detail, strong organization, and reliable follow-through
Clear communication and a team-first mindset
Intermediate computer skills (basic WMS/ERP use
Microsoft Office)
Physical & Work Environment: Frequent standing/walking
lift/move up to 50 lbs with proper technique
Fast-paced warehouse and production support environment
strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures

Nice to have:
