Warehouse Associate

• Execute precise order fulfillment by picking customer essentials quickly and accurately to meet delivery deadlines
• Maintain product integrity by ensuring all goods received and dispatched meet our high standards for freshness and quality
• Facilitate seamless logistics through clear communication with riders to ensure prompt order handovers
• Drive inventory excellence by supporting the intake of daily stock deliveries and assisting with ongoing inventory management
• Champion site safety and standards by maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment for the whole team

• Adaptability in fast-paced environments, with the ability to remain focused under pressure
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and high-quality stock control
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teammates, managers, and riders
• A proactive, hands-on mentality with a drive to solve problems as they arise on-site
• A customer-first mindset, understanding that your speed and accuracy directly impact the user experience
• Previous experience in FMCG, Retail, or Warehouse environments is valued but not required
