We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Associate to join our client's team in Mississauga, ON. This is a full-time, temporary position with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent role for the right candidate. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in the daily success of the supply chain, ensuring that inventory moves efficiently and orders are processed with the highest level of accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
Receive incoming shipments and perform detailed inspections against purchase orders to verify contents and quality
Accurately record received quantities into the inventory management system as a key Warehouse Associate task
Operate the Raymond Reach forklift safely to move, stack, and organize materials within the facility
Pick and pack orders securely using appropriate materials, ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation
Coordinate with shipping carriers and prepare all necessary logistics labels and tracking information
Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle audits to maintain stock integrity in the manufacturing & logistics hub
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace by adhering to all strict safety protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pivot priorities and meet urgent operational deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate, Order Picker, or in a similar logistics role
Valid Raymond Reach forklift experience and certification is mandatory for this position
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and perform physically demanding tasks
Flexibility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods throughout the shift
A valid driver's license is considered a strong asset for delivery driving duties
Knowledge of the construction, restoration, or general safety industry is an advantage
Nice to have:

What we offer:
Competitive hourly pay rate of $20.00 - $22.50 based on experience
Stable full-time hours with a Monday to Friday schedule (7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
