Job Description:

Randstad Canada is hiring for a Warehouse Associate position in Victoria, BC. This role involves an ongoing work schedule, Mondays to Fridays from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. Starting wage is $25/hr based on experience and forklift certification. The position requires strong reading comprehension, the ability to lift 50 lbs., moderate computer skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Steel-toed shoes are mandatory, and a criminal record check must be completed.

Job Responsibility:

Strong track record of attendance and reliability
Excellent reading comprehension
Experience with warehousing paperwork
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:

Strong reading comprehension skills
Physically capable to lift 50
Moderate computer skills, ability to accurately record information
Team player with a positive attitude
Access to reliable transportation
Steel-toed shoes required
Must complete criminal record check

Nice to have:

Forklift license/certification
Experience with either Reach or Counterbalance forklifts
Reliable access to transportation
