Job Description:

We are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Associate in the Milton area for a full-time position. The ideal candidate should have previous experience with shipping and receiving, be proficient in using an RF scanner, and be capable of loading and unloading orders as they arrive and depart from our facility. Job Responsibility:

Operate machinery or manually load and unload containers as required
Handle forklift operations (Reach) if needed
Physically receive, store, and restock merchandise, and accurately record all transactions in our Warehouse Management system
Prepare, pick, pack, hand wrap, and ship orders, and document all activities in our Warehouse Management system
Adhere to warehouse standards, best practices, and technical concepts
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
Use an RF Scanner to organize orders and maintain inventory logs

Requirements:

Two years of distribution/logistics experience is required
Must be able to read and understand written instructions in English
Able to lift 50 lbs
Ability to physically work on your feet, and lift up 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a Distribution center/Warehouse preferred
Computer skills, basic knowledge
Able to collaborate with our team, and work together to meet deadlines and assist where needed

Nice to have:

Certified forklift operator with experience is an asset
Experience operating Forklifts such as Reach is an asset to this role
