Job Responsibility:
Physically receive, store, and restock electrical merchandise within the Milton distribution center
Accurately record all inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Prepare, pick, pack, and hand-wrap orders for outbound shipment
Document all shipping activities precisely to maintain high data integrity
Use an RF Scanner to organize orders, locate stock, and maintain real-time inventory logs
Operate a Reach Forklift safely to move pallets and organize high-bay storage when required
Adhere strictly to warehouse standards, health and safety protocols, and technical best practices
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure all daily order fulfillment targets are met
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe manufacturing & logistics environment
Requirements:
Proficiency in using RF Scanners and digital inventory tracking tools
Strong attention to detail for picking complex electrical part numbers
Ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining high accuracy
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Basic computer literacy for navigating Warehouse Management Systems
Problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies quickly
Physical stamina for manual handling, lifting, and repetitive movements
Valid Forklift Certification (Reach Truck) is highly preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day shift
Reliable transportation to the Milton warehouse location
