Job Responsibility

Accurately pull products from inventory to fulfill customer orders
Correctly pack outgoing goods and prepare all relevant shipping documents and labels
Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes (training provided!)
Count, weigh, and label stock during inventory checks and report any discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to 5S principles, and communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments

Requirements

A minimum of one year of professional experience as a Warehouse Associate or within the manufacturing and logistics sector
Demonstrate a high level of punctuality, dependability, and a strong commitment to workplace safety
Physically capable of handling a fast-paced warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting inventory (full boxes can weigh 40 to 50 lbs, though heavy items are handled using equipment)
A strong team spirit, a proactive attitude, and a genuine desire to grow within the industrial hardware industry
