Job Responsibility:
Managing daily inventory movements using SDCB and specialized inventory control systems to ensure 100% accuracy
Organizing and piling odd-sized products on pallets with a meticulous focus on stability, safety, and space optimization
Executing the unloading of shipping containers efficiently while maintaining the integrity of the goods
Conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits to support the manufacturing & logistics operations
Maintaining a pristine and highly organized workspace to uphold the company’s professional standards
Collaborating closely with a small team to meet shipping deadlines and operational goals
Operating warehouse equipment safely and performing routine checks as required by manufacturing & logistics safety protocols
Identifying and reporting any discrepancies in stock or damages to the management team immediately
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in SDCB and modern inventory control software
Exceptional spatial awareness for the strategic piling and organization of non-standard goods
Strong manual dexterity and the physical stamina required for container unloading and pallet management
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively within a tight-knit 'Team' environment
Superior time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing & logistics setting
Analytical thinking to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and optimize storage layouts
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a warehouse or inventory-focused role within manufacturing & logistics
Non-negotiable attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Physical fitness and the ability to lift, move, and organize heavy or oddly shaped items safely
Previous experience with container unloading and palletization techniques
A history of reliability and punctuality, consistent with a professional manufacturing & logistics environment
Capability to work effectively in a small team while maintaining a high level of individual accountability
Proficiency in digital inventory management tools and SDCB systems
You are comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
You have CSA approved Steel Toe Boots
You are legally permitted to work full-time in British Columbia
