The Warehouse Associate follows Management’s assignments for delivering food, beverage, and other products throughout the venue in a timely manner. Delivers stock to all Concessions stands, portables, and commissaries. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments. Helps keep assigned areas clean and organized.
Job Responsibility:
Reports directly to a Warehouse Supervisor
Assists in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries
Maintains cleanliness of Warehouse and receiving areas throughout the venue
Restocks stands with food and beverage products in an efficient manner according to transfer dockets provided by Management
Inspects stands for deficiencies and reports any and all concerns to Management
Assists with moving any equipment as required for events throughout the venue
Performs general housekeeping and cleaning as needed around all Concessions and Warehouse areas
Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
Must be punctual and dependable
Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Required – RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring if necessary)
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
