We’re hiring Warehouse Associates to support both inbound and outbound operations at our new Ashland, VA fulfillment center. This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll work with modern automation, scan and handle products, and be part of a tight-knit team that keeps things moving smoothly from receiving to shipping. This isn’t a chaotic, mile-a-day warehouse job. Our operation is highly automated, expectations are clear, and the pace is steady and sustainable. You’ll spend most of your time at a workstation while robotics and conveyor systems bring inventory to you. Note: Depending on business needs, you’ll be trained and assigned to inbound or outbound work. Many team members cross-train over time.
