Warehouse associate

• Process customer orders by scanning barcodes, picking, and labeling boxes
• Pick and prepare orders using voice and/or RF technology
• Palletize products, scan, and prepare shipments
• Operate equipment such as palletizers, parcel manifest stations, and shrink wrappers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards
• Assist in cross-training and training new hires
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Experience in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Familiarity with operating material handling equipment (MHE) and using voice/RF scanners is a plus
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to perform in a metrics-driven environment
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation

Familiarity with operating material handling equipment (MHE) and using voice/RF scanners is a plus
