Job Description:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering for clients, reporting to the Sampling Fulfillment Manager and based our headquarters in Fairfield, NJ Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:30pm

Job Responsibility:

  • Pick, pack, and process samples with precision
  • Hit internal and external service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Share ideas with the team and management
  • Maintain a 'Tour Ready' environment
  • Receive inbound inventory, put away, and replenish
  • Reset work area to the 5S standard (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

Requirements:

  • Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Excellent time management
  • Previous experience in fulfillment centers a plus
  • Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks a plus
  • Fork lift experience is a plus
