Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate Lead to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing labor distribution, overseeing workflow, and maintaining quality and production standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee transportation of products (internal and external movement)
  • Coordinate and supervise daily workflow activities
  • Accountable for inbound and outbound KPIs
  • Solves problems and documents solutions
  • Manages training process of team
  • Works closely with Management on workflow, personnel, certifications, tools, and future improvements
  • Management of labor distribution and workflow to ensure quality and production goals are met
  • Run quality and production reports - daily and weekly
  • Assist employees through training, problem solving and ensuring they have proper tools to do their job

Requirements:

  • Typically requires at least 5 years of experience
  • Entry level job with limited prior relevant training or work experience
  • Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
  • Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
  • Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures
  • Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
