Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a highly physical, hands-on environment. This role is focused on reusable packaging refurbishment, warehouse organization, packaging assembly, inventory tracking, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys active work, takes pride in organization and quality, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift, including lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive movement.

Job Responsibility

  • Inspect, clean, and refurbish reusable packaging materials to company quality standards
  • Assemble packaging according to operational specifications and customer requirements
  • Identify damaged or unusable packaging materials and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Support packaging redeployment and inventory readiness efforts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout warehouse and work areas
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles regularly
  • Keep staging zones, workstations, and common areas free of safety hazards
  • Assist with general warehouse upkeep and operational support
  • Accurately update packaging inventory and status information in internal systems
  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital records and documentation
  • Ensure paperwork and tracking information remain accurate and accessible
  • Support inventory tracking and warehouse documentation processes
  • Follow all company safety standards, SOPs, and workplace regulations
  • Participate in required safety meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain safe material handling and warehouse practices at all times

Requirements

  • General experience operating manual and/or electric pallet jacks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor consistently

Nice to have

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software
  • Familiarity with reusable packaging or sustainable logistics operations preferred
