Job Description:

Reports to: General Manager. Objective: To provide internal support primarily in the warehouse to the Janitorial and Project teams with the focus to ensure that all items necessary for these teams to perform their duties as on hand and ready in a timely manner. To assist with the general maintenance and observe needs throughout the building and grounds to help insure a safe and clean work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide internal support primarily in the warehouse to Janitorial and Project teams
Ensure all items necessary for teams are on hand and ready
Assist with general maintenance
Observe needs throughout building and grounds
Help insure a safe and clean work environment
Filling supply orders
Maintain clean and orderly inventory cage
Ensure cleaning supplies are kept in stock
Wash, dry, and return laundry daily before 3:30pm
Keep laundry room clean and organized
Ensure laundry supplies are stocked
Police inside warehouse daily
Maintain clean warehouse floor
Help develop improvements in storage
Help develop systems for warehouse organization
Take trash to landfill once a week
Weekly pick-up and delivery of janitorial supplies and laundry
Observe warehouse and laundry
Assist with office grounds maintenance
Inspect sidewalks and entry areas
Snow blow as needed
Inspect broken equipment
Repair equipment within 48 hours if possible
Organize broken and repaired equipment
Check vehicles on rotating basis
Ensure vehicles cleaned weekly
Complete weekly inspections
Provide ideas for warehouse improvement

Valid driver's license
Smart phone with internet access
Willing to work weekend shifts
Willing to provide 3 professional references
Reliable transportation
Able to lift minimum 25 lbs without restrictions
