Warehouse Assistant

• Completing orders accurately and efficiently during your shift
• Reporting any issues to your supervisor to avoid failures and ensure seamless operations
• Assisting with the booking in of deliveries and organising stock in designated locations
• Striving to meet and exceed productivity targets while quantifying any variances to your supervisor
• Maintaining flexibility to meet changing business requirements
• Conducting pre-shift checks and completing defect reports for all Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Adhering to health and safety policies at all times
• Keeping your workspace organised and ensuring a clean and tidy warehouse floor
• Participating in stock takes as directed by your supervisor
• Communicating effectively with your supervisor to maintain clarity in operations
• Taking on any other duties as required by management

• A proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Strong communication skills to maintain effective dialogue with the team
• A flexible approach to work, ready to adapt to the needs of the organisation
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus, but not mandatory
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
