Job Description

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for providing support to all Warehouse function activites, including but not limited to, Kanban mobing, inventory purchasing receipting, order picking and labelling.

Job Responsibility

Support picking, receipting and labelling
Support Kanban moving between WIP and warehouse
Support cycle counting and discrepancy reconciling
Order receipting in the system for New Zealand
Support truck loading and unloading
Courier booking for TNT, FedEx, DHL
Support logistics coordinating and system set up
Warehouse administrative tasks
Assist warehouse staff when/where required

Requirements

Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the Packaging and Plastics industries
Inventory reporting knowledge
Knowledge of Baan, bar code software
