Job Description

Warehouse Assistant role at Langton's Warehouse in Hoppers Crossing. Casual position requiring full-time availability Monday to Friday. Involves various warehouse duties, maintaining safety, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Job Responsibility

Engage in various warehouse duties such as breaking down pallets, manual lifting and picking and packing orders
Ensure all freight is scanned and sorted every day
Work on making sure all checks are carried out on MHE daily
Ensure all Nexday processes and procedures are followed at all times
Maintain a safe and clean environment for your team members
Use a collaborative approach and make positive contributions to our team culture
Maintain positive relationships with delivery drivers and customers alike

Requirements

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 6am and 4pm
Physically fit and able to conduct repetitive tasks, with lifting of freight up to 20kg
Reliable and punctual with an excellent attendance record
Good written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work in a team environment
A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
An LF forklift license is advantageous
