We’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team at our Parnell warehouse. This is a part-time role, working Tuesday through Thursday, with some flexibility required during peak periods. You’ll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that takes pride in what they do and enjoys working together to get the job done. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy being part of a busy environment, and are looking for a role where you can contribute to a fast-paced team, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility

  • Receiving, checking, barcoding, and carefully storing incoming stock
  • Picking and packing customer and store orders to Flo & Frankie’s high standard
  • Confidently operating our Warehouse Management System and workflow processes
  • Keeping warehouse spaces tidy, organised, and safe at all times
  • Using warehouse equipment (such as order pickers and pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
  • Supporting stocktakes and inventory checks, and reporting any discrepancies
  • Pitching in with general warehouse tasks to keep things running smoothly

Requirements

  • Great attention to detail and pride in doing things right
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Confidence to take direction and work independently when needed
  • Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet, lifting and moving stock
  • Warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not essential
  • Full driver’s licence preferred
