Requirements

Previous experience in a warehousing or storeperson role
Computer Literate: Comfortable using computers and inventory systems for stock entry and dispatch
Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and manual handling
A forklift licence (LF) is highly regarded (or a willingness to obtain one)
Strong attention to detail and a reliable can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Job Responsibility

Inwards Goods: Receipting and checking incoming stock against delivery dockets for accuracy and quality
Stock Management: Putting stock away in correct locations and organising warehouse space
Order Picking: Accurately picking and packing orders ready for dispatch
Pallet Management: Parking pallets off and ensuring safe storage
Inventory & Admin: Utilising computer systems to log incoming/outgoing stock and maintain accurate records
Safety: Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment

Job Responsibility

Floor Excellence: Perform general warehouse labor, maintaining a spotless, safe, and hazard-free environment aligned with company health and safety standards (WHMIS, OHS)
Inventory Control: Conduct regular physical cycle counts to help the Supervisor maintain flawless tracking within the company’s advanced ERP/WMS system
Stock Optimization: Assist with inventory relocation, replenishment, and applying lean warehousing principles to reduce waste and maximize floor space
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare critical equipment and spare parts for nationwide distribution
Documentation Support: Flawlessly fill out and verify essential shipping paperwork, including packing slips, waybills, and initial customs/courier documentation
Digital Logistics: Utilize various courier websites (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) to schedule daily pickups, print labels, and track outgoing shipments
