Job Description:

Warehouse assistant position in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Temporary role in warehousing & distribution.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office
Good understanding of warehouse health, safety, and compliance requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

Experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of lean warehousing processes and best practices
