Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse and Raw Materials Controller to support our warehouse and supply chain team to ensure that all incoming raw materials are fit for purpose and compliant to agreed specifications and customer codes of practice. You will complete all relevant paperwork for stock control and stock accuracy and be responsible for ensuring the safe storage, recording, monitoring and control of raw materials.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure that Health and Safety is given a high priority and is considered in all plans, actions and activities. Play a key role in promoting health and safety awareness on site
  • Ensure stock accuracy
  • Navision – Ensuring the warehouse account is cleared/reconciled on a twice daily basis (that all production has been moved)
  • Complete paperwork correctly, clearly and in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all materials are kept safely, free of contamination, is labelled correctly at all times to allow full traceability
  • Ensure that the warehouse areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and staff follow cleaning schedules
  • Ensure Nav stocks are booked accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure CofA/CofC are available for Raw Materials where applicable
  • Maintain Raw Material Intake Record to ensure full traceability of Raw Material/Packaging
  • Keep informed of NPD to ensure awareness of new ingredients, packaging, and suppliers coming on site
  • Aid with stock (shelf life) management/escalation
  • Ensure audit readiness at all times
