You'll be joining a small, close‑knit office team of four, where everyone works collaboratively to keep operations running smoothly. Job Responsibility:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries
Supporting customers at the Trade Counter, serving them efficiently and recommending suitable parts to engineers
Preparing and sending quotations, while managing customer orders accurately using internal computer systems
Assisting with deliveries and warehouse operations, including forklift driving, to ensure timely and efficient distribution of products
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with a confident, professional telephone manner
Previous experience working behind a Trade Counter
Comfortable using computer systems to manage orders and customer information
Nice to have:
Customer service or sales experience would be beneficial, but is not essential - full training will be provided
