Warehouse Administrator

• Timely registration of incoming packages, including returned products to the After Sales department, ensuring KPIs for Repairs and Returns are met
• Accurately picking and packing orders for shipment
• Documentation management via SAP/ShipERP
• Confirming labels and shipping documents for UK and Ireland B2B/B2C customers
• Conducting inventory control (Cycle Counts) and maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
• Providing backup support for repairs, adhering to the organisation's high standards

• Experience working in a warehousing environment
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with SAP/CRM systems (not essential, but a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• The ability to work independently while being dependable and responsible
• Ability to utilise a PC as your main work tool
• Capability to stand for extended periods when necessary
• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
