Warehouse Administrator

• Organize, maintain and improve the warehouse system, ensuring accurate inventory management and inventory control
• Conduct regular inventories and ensure data accuracy in warehouse records
• Pick e-store orders, prepare them for shipping, and ensure correct packaging
• Organize order delivery in cooperation with couriers and transport service providers
• Prepare and maintain accompanying documents (delivery notes, invoices, delivery documents, etc.), ensuring correct data flow with accounting
• Plan stock replenishment, place orders with suppliers, and track delivery deadlines
• Work with warehouse accounting and accounting systems (Visma Horizon)
• Maintain order in databases and internal company systems
• Participate in the improvement of warehouse processes by providing suggestions for improving efficiency
• Prepare regular reports for management on inventory and order fulfillment

• Experience in warehouse work or order picking is desirable
• Knowledge of Visma Horizon will be considered a significant advantage
• Good computer skills (especially Excel, data entry and use of systems)
• Accuracy, high sense of responsibility and ability to organize work independently
• Analytical thinking, systematicity and desire to maintain order
• Good knowledge of Latvian
• Category B driver's license - desirable
