At Convergence Group, we’re on a mission to make business connectivity simple—like a true utility—cutting through complexity and putting customers first. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a WAN Delivery Co-ordinator to keep things moving behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to person making sure orders flow smoothly from sale to live service - connecting the dots across teams and suppliers, staying one step ahead of potential delays, and keeping everything on track so services go live without a hitch.

  • Working Across Teams - collaborate with Sales Ops, NOC, Project Management, and suppliers - challenging delays and keeping orders on track
  • Staying on Top of Your Queue – manage your workload effectively, prioritising blocked or at-risk orders to maintain speed, consistency and delivery performance
  • Hitting the right results – consistently deliver against key targets, including >95% of order updates completed on time, and reducing Mean Time to Provide (MTTP)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a customer service focused role
  • 2+ years in a computer-based administrator or coordination role

  • Experience of working on customer portals
What we offer:
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Private medical insurance
  • Enhanced pension, income protection & life assurance
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the Solihull office
