Job Description

We provide Supported Living support to individuals with learning disabilities, ASD and who may present behaviours that challenge. Support is focussed around developing and maintaining daily living skills, and support to ensure they engage with the local and wider community. We ensure that support is provided to individuals in the most person-centered way possible, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect and have meaningful choice and control in their lives every day.

Job Responsibility

  • Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together
  • Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands
  • Assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication
  • Help plan and participate in days out
  • Make a positive impact on someone's life by supporting them to become more independent
