The Lighthouse Children's Home provides care for children with autism and learning disabilities and is based in Raynes Park, SW London. Job Responsibility:
Providing quality and consistent care to help meet the social, emotional, and behavioural needs of residents
Supporting young people's independence, interests, health, and wellbeing
Promoting the safety, welfare, and protection of the children and young people we care for at all times
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Relevant experience working in a supportive role
Willing to undertake personal care
Confident working with challenging behaviour
A genuine interest in childcare
Nice to have:
Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma
Experience in specialist care for people with autism, learning disabilities, or complex backgrounds
Familiar with waking night duties
