Job Description:

Consensus is a community dedicated to inspiring and empowering people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The role involves providing exceptional care that changes lives at Cheshire House, a home with eight self-contained flats offering specialist, round-the-clock support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities
  • Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions
  • Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others

Requirements:

  • Experience in the social care sector (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant) is beneficial but not required
