Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Adapt support to fit individual needs and wants daily
Encourage people to make their own choices
Help people to do things themselves to be as independent as possible
Support people to build confidence and life skills
Support people to be a part of their community, joining local clubs and connecting with friends and family
Be understanding, allowing people to take their time
Celebrate people’s achievements

Requirements:

No specific formal qualifications listed
Must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Must meet minimum criteria for interview (disability confident scheme)
