• Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments using tills
• Serving food and drinks promptly, courteously, and professionally
• Preparing, clearing, and cleaning tables to maintain a tidy and inviting venue
• Engaging with guests and providing information on menus, specials, and promotions
• Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of menus, allergens, and daily offers
• Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service

• The ability to work well under pressure in a busy hospitality environment
• A positive, friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service (desirable but not essential)
