The Role: As a Matchday Waiting On team member, you will work within our hospitality suites or box areas, helping to deliver an outstanding experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming guests warmly and creating a positive first impression; Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally; Ensuring high standards of presentation, hygiene, and service; Operating confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; Occasionally working independently while maintaining service standards; Contributing to a memorable and enjoyable matchday experience for all guests. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.
