Job Responsibility

Stay informed about the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to answer guest inquiries confidently
Suggest additional items or enhancements to improve the guest experience and increase sales
Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
Prepare and present bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages
