Job Description:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests at JW Marriott Hotel Macau. Maintain service standards, communicate with kitchen staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and perform closing duties while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
Set tables according to type of event and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
Record transactions in MICROS system
Check with guests to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Complete closing duties including restocking items
Present check to guest and process payment
Follow company safety and security policies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
