Job Description:

Are you an enthusiastic and customer-oriented waiter/waitress with a passion for hospitality? For our brand-new hotel restaurant, we are looking for a friendly and experienced waiter/waitress to strengthen our full-time team! As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, and providing excellent à la carte service in our restaurant. You are the face of our restaurant and ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience. Your goal is to make every guest feel welcome and well-cared for.

Job Responsibility:

Welcoming and guiding guests to their tables
Taking orders and advising guests on the menu
Serving food and drinks in a professional and attentive manner
Handling payments
Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Handling any complaints in a customer-friendly manner

Requirements:

Experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a restaurant or hotel
Strong communication and customer-oriented skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle peak moments
A friendly, presentable, and attentive attitude
Flexibility in working hours (weekends, afternoons, and evenings)
Fluent in English (a must)
Dutch and/or French are a plus
Immediately available
