Job Description:

As a WAITER at Estelle Manor, you will initially support our outdoor summer activations, including pool service, before transitioning into other areas of the operation once the season concludes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a warm and memorable experience for every event held at Estelle
  • Take pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success
  • Addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and ambiance will be key, particularly during our busy service periods
  • Skills in encouraging your teammates will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
  • Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
  • An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
