Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join our wonderful team in The Billiards, our fine dining Chinese restaurant.

Delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest who visits our fine dining Chinese restaurant
Serving food and beverages throughout the day—covering lunch and dinner services—with a commitment to excellence
Taking pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success
Addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude, helping create a welcoming atmosphere
Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and ambiance, particularly during our busy dinner periods
Upselling and encouraging teammates to contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable

Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
