Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Waiter to join our wonderful team in The Glasshouse restaurant at Estelle Manor, a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest
  • Serving food and beverages throughout the day—covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner services—with a commitment to excellence
  • Playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success
  • Addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude
  • Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and ambiance, particularly during busy lunch and dinner periods
  • Up selling and encouraging your teammates to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
  • Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
  • An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
