Waiter

• Greet customers and wait on tables promptly
• Serve food and beverages to customers, making recommendations if necessary
• Use your knowledge of the menu to answer customers' questions
• Correctly process transactions in the MICROS system
• Check customer satisfaction with each dish and beverage
• Clean tables, perform closing duties and replenish tableware and other items
• Perform opening and closing duties, including preparation of all necessary items, cleaning of areas and equipment, closing doors, etc.
• Prepare, stock and maintain work areas
• manage stocks of ice, cups and paper
• Follow established instructions to keep work areas, bar, bar service, tables and other items clean and in order
• Present a professional image and maintain a clean uniform
• Receive safety training to obtain the appropriate certifications

• Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail
• Positive mentality and continuous learning
• Previous experience in gastronomic restaurants and 5* hotels would be an advantage
• High knowledge of English, while knowledge of other languages would be an asset
• Minimum qualification: Higher / Intermediate Level Training Cycle
• Experience: 1 to 2 years
