Join White Rabbit Projects as Waiter/Waitress – Deliver Exceptional Service at The Randolph, Oxford. At White Rabbit Projects, we create hospitality experiences built on warmth, elegance, and attention to detail. At The Randolph, Oxford’s most iconic hotel, our restaurants and bars offer refined dining, seasonal menus, and memorable guest experiences in a beautiful historic setting. We’re now looking for passionate and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our front-of-house team and help deliver outstanding service across our restaurant and bar spaces.

Job Responsibility

  • Greeting and serving guests with confidence and professionalism
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Delivering dishes and beverages to brand standards
  • Managing your section and supporting smooth service flow
  • Sharing menu knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations
  • Handling guest feedback with care and professionalism
  • Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a quality restaurant or hotel preferred
  • Strong communication and guest engagement skills
  • Excellent teamwork and organisational ability
  • Calm, professional approach during busy service
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences
