The Waiter/Waitress will take orders and serve food and beverages to Guests in our Restaurants, Bars & Pool and Beach. He /She must be always aware of Guest satisfaction to deliver the perfect service experience. Duties and responsibilities include servicing the Guest in a friendly, efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Prepare mise-en-place
set up and clear tables/sunbeds
Provide genuine hospitality and recognition
Act as host/hostess
Promote hotel services and products
Prepare (where applicable) and serve food and beverages
Possess product knowledge and technical skills
Anticipate guest needs
Take ownership of guest concerns
Describe food & beverage menu items
Be sensitive to guest preferences
Assist in compiling guest history
Requisition supplies
Accurately post guest checks and process payments
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience in 5 star hotels/resorts or reputable stand-alone restaurants
Excellent English, math and psychometric abilities
Technical education in Hospitality Management is preferred
