Join White Rabbit Projects This Summer as Waiter/Waitress – 18 & The Bridge, Rusacks St Andrews. Looking for a summer role in one of Scotland’s most iconic hospitality destinations? At White Rabbit Projects, we create unforgettable guest experiences built on great food, warm service, and incredible locations. This summer, we’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Waiters/Waitresses to join our teams at 18, the rooftop restaurant overlooking the Old Course, and The Bridge, our vibrant all-day dining venue at Rusacks St Andrews. Whether you’re gaining hospitality experience, returning for the summer season, or looking to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-energy team during St Andrews’ busiest and most exciting months.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greeting and serving guests across 18 and The Bridge restaurants
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently
  • Delivering dishes and beverages efficiently during busy service
  • Managing tables and supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Sharing menu knowledge and making recommendations to guests
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across service areas
  • Working as part of a dynamic team during peak summer trade

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
  • Previous waiter/waitress or customer-facing experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
