Waiter/Waitress

• Deliver excellent service while confidently managing 5–8 tables
• Complete mise-en-place to high standards
• Provide full table service across food, wine, beverages, Afternoon Tea, coffees and teas
• Build strong knowledge of menus, ingredients and provenance, sharing this with guests
• Collaborate with restaurant, hotel and wider Estate teams

• Well presented with a warm, professional demeanour
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Genuine motivation to grow a career in Food & Beverage
• Prior experience in a waiting role
• Exposure to luxury restaurant/hospitality environments
• Confident carrying three plates safely
• Barista and wine service experience (WSET Level 1 a plus)
• Due to the location of the Estate a driving license is recommended for this role
