Job Description:

Deliver personalized and discreet service to guests in the comfort of their rooms and suites. Offer seamless 24-hour dining experiences that combine convenience, privacy, and luxury. Provide discreet, professional, and timely service ensuring an exceptional private dining experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receive and accurately process in-room dining orders
  • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Collaborate with culinary, stewarding, and other F&B teams
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and service protocols
  • Assist with service across other outlets and events as required

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece
  • Previous experience in room service, hotel dining, or fine dining service is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work discreetly in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • proficiency in Greek is an advantage
  • Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus
