Waiter/Waitress - Banquet

• Describe and present food and beverage offerings to guests in an engaging and knowledgeable manner
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with culinary and service teams for special requests
• Ensure timely delivery of all orders and flawless service throughout events
• Set up, break down, and maintain tables, buffet stations, and service areas
• Collaborate closely with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations
• Operate tea/coffee equipment and maintain accurate guest and event records
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and F&B procedures
• Assist with service across other hotel outlets, in-room dining, and special events as required

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• European Passport or legal right to work in Greece
• Previous fine dining, banquet, or high-volume service experience is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English
• Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus

Greek proficiency is an advantage
